Hi,

We won't be able to guarantee to sell the condo in 2 months. Even if we have ready buyer who are looking at your block, we still need to look at various factor such as price, location, amenities,etc.

In addition, may i know the reason to sell the condo in 2 months?

I have been in the real estate industry for the past 13 years and transacted primarily in private residential sale and rental.
Currently, I am serving some buyers as well.

I have sold many houses in less than 2 months but I would stop at giving a guarantee.
After all, other factors come into play e.g. pricing, attributes of the house, etc.
