My children both my sons, are older now and we are considering moving from our landed house to a condo mainly because we dont want to deal with so much maintenance anymore actualy. but I am actually wondering whether condo living is really easier once you include the monthly maintenance fee repairs and all the rules for those who moved from landed to condo
