i’m looking at two cute condos in Central Singapore, but both are pretty small buildings with only around 10-12 units. i understand the whole reserves thing, and from what i’ve read, having fewer units means costs are split between fewer owners, so if someone doesn’t pay, the rest may have to cover more.
