I m looking at an older condo that I really like may be beocuse my parent always used to prefer the same even some of my good friend hve mentioned they have actually purchase is less cost perhaps cost is not issue my priority is to get big unit. i ffound out one unit but came to know there have been quite a few major repair works done in the past few years!!! i got worried
The agent says this is actually a good thing because the development is being maintained properly. my friend says it means the condo is starting to have too many problems because of its age . how can a buyer like me tell the difference between a well-maintained old condo and one that is becoming expensive to maintain ?
