Looking at a resale condo now and noticed the balcony is completely open. We have a 2 yrs old kid so thinking to install some kind of safety grille/barrier after moving in.
Agent say different condo got different rules and I should check with MCST first. But since the balcony is inside my unit, do I really need approval to install this? Will MCST have their own approved design/materials for safety grilles? bit worried if buy first then only find out cannot install what I need for child safety.
