Started Real Estate in 2007

Started off in HDB Buying / Selling for few years follow by Private Condo/Landed Property Buying / Selling.

Financial crisis in 2008, diversify into Buying/Selling Commercial Properties (HDB / Private Shophouse, & Industrial Properties (JTC / URA property)

In the meantime, still conducting HDB/Private Buying/Selling . Double my portfolio to become more JACK-OF-ALL-TRADES handling Residential, Commerical & Industrial Properties.

Clients volume Triple as Residential properties clients looking to buy / sell residential and some even buy/sell Commercial properties.

Many clients of Industrial also having RESIDENTIAL properties in their arsenal from Mid range to Luxury range properties.

In marketing some of client properties, met many ULTRA-RICH clients (especially FOREIGN ULTRA-RICH) which also looking to buy/sell their properties. and some even referred their friends to me.. I deeply appreciated till to date.
