My 2 words advice: Be Realistic!!!

Is 5k in hand better than 6k after leaving it empty for 2 months? I am sure there will be people around you that are able to do the sums for you, right? :P

And if I were you, I'd rather swop this old property for a brand new one... (I know, you will say, soooo small, right? ROFL)
