Hi Ivan,

You must be aware that the Bayshore is a 99yr leasehold property TOP in 1999, i.e. just over 10 years with 1038 units. The other development you may be referring is Costa Del Sol which is also 99yrs leasehold but TOP in 2003 which is just 6 years old with 906 units. Design-wise is newer. Costa Del Sol in the way has a better unblocked sea view.

However, the management of the Bayshore is 1st class (like hotel management).
