To help my friends who are home investors and buyers upload and offload their asset portfolio in asset value realisation is my greatest satisfaction. Over a person's 10 years step life cycle, some would have 3-5 times opportunities to invest in property, while some only have 1-2 times, and some would buy just one for own stay.
