Is it possible to get a 2BR @ Hillview Regency or Hilltop Grove for 750k?

Good morning buyer,
you might stand a chance getting a 2br in hilltop grove based on past tranasctions but choices are close to none or limited.
When should I arrange viewings at hilltop grove 2bdr for you?

Good afternoon buyer,
you have to understand resale transactions are based on willing sellers and buyers.
This should be an one off transaction and it could be due to a few reasons.
1) sellers are desperate for an offer
- for one of recent sellers, they have to sell low because they need to dispose it off to claim back the ABSD they had paid for their 2nd property.
2) condition of the house is not ideal
- one of my sellers need to sell low because the unit is original condition and its beside PIE (noisy).
I managed to sell it at $750k, record low for that project but someone else sold an similiar size unit at $875k. A huge difference of $125k!
Based on the recent transaction in Hilltop Grove, there was an 2br transacted at $750k therefore I am pretty confident to find you one around your budget.
