Good morning,
Basically when we wanna sell fast then we need to check out many factors. One of the most important ones is our competing units currently on sale. We will need to price our unit in a comparable manner. Of course the sales skills of your realtor is very important as well. How your realtor stands, speaks and the words he/she uses all makes a difference.
If you are still looking for someone to help you in the sale, then may I request for a meetup session with you for me to share my system with you? I have started this system to help sellers sell their houses and many a times we have helped to sell it fast and also at a good price. We have been using this system for more than 5 years and it has indeed been proven.
Just to share a little on myself. I have been in the industry for 10 years. Over the years, I have served many clients and many are my friends now.
