there isn't anything as a ready pool of tenant or a vast networking. Truthfully, there is aggressive advertisement of your unit that will yield you a potential tenant. If you would like the best possible price with the best tenant profile , it is also imperative you understand the challenges that comes with many agents marketing your unit (price wars to attract consumer which will eventually drive your rent down). The first step is establishing price control. Then, aggressive marketing using the various mediums and reaching out to the established networks (agents not tenants as you may be thinking otherwise.)
