We can include this in the tenancy agreement, however it is up the tenant to decide whether to agree. If we were to put ourselves in a tenant's shoes, when the stay can be potentially interrupted with 2 months notice, would they feel comfortable to agree to it since they maybe given notice to move at any point of time and can potentially affect their employment due to the shifting and shortlisting of replacement units.
