Hi Manson,

Any reasons to sell the EC after fulfilling the MOP since the general rule of thumb is that a new development price point is likely to peak somewhere between 10-15 years old?

At this stage, your potential pool of purchasers are restricted to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, as foreigners are only eligible to purchase the unit after the EC has fully privatised (10 years old).
