There is no such thing as guarantee in this world. Nobody knows what will happen tomorrow. I am sure you can understand this.

To sell off a property, firstly, the price must be realistic. If the property is valued at $1m, and the owner is asking for $1.5m, then chances are it will not get sold, until the property market justifies the unit to be worth close to the $1.5m mark.

If the asking price is realistic, then I would say it is not difficult to sell the unit. What we can do is to get the maximum exposure of your property possible, qualify the buyers who enquired, and then during the viewing, present to the potential buyers the best selling points of your property. Depending on your unit, we may also consider homestaging to create a visual appeal to the buyers.

I have sold units within the first viewing before, and most of my units are sold within the 3 months exclusivity period.

I have always held a belief that every house can be sold, as it boils down all to pricing. Even a house where 2 bodies were found in, was sold sometime last year, which was reported in the newspaper, which reinforces what I have always believe in.
