I have always held a belief that every house can be sold, as it boils down all to pricing. Even a house where 2 bodies were found in, was sold sometime last year, which was reported in the newspaper, which reinforces what I have always believe in.
Nevertheless, in an open market situation, where data are easily retrievable online, buyers are equipped with the necessary knowledge to cipher out units which are priced outside the typical market rate before they make arrangements to view the range of properties which fall within the range and begin the omission of unsuitable units.
As such, when units being put up for sale are priced within the acceptable range, we will be able to draw in reasonable responses to make appointments for viewings, and the skills set and experience of the marketing agent will now come in critical to identify the potential buyer and push for the right offer.
I have a recent unit which was marketed for a period of 4 days, where it was sold within the first viewing, at the price listed without a single cent lesser, and it is not my only transaction which happened this way.
