About John Tan
After army, I started my first job as a real estate agent at the age of 22. Holding a certificate of Diploma in Banking & Financial Services from Ngee Ann Poly, I did not pursue further. What got me changed my career path is after seeing a close friend making close to 6-figure as a real estate agent in a single month, I wanted mine too! However, after learning more into this trade, I found passion in this industry.
Choosing real estate as my first career, I was very driven. I took up any courses I can find about real estate and read up as many books as I can about sales, property, investments and business. My close friends said that I was "insanely driven” and always wanted to achieve the most in shortest possible time. But as I grow, I quickly proved myself and won multiple awards over the years and earn a humble reputation for myself.*
Why am I different?
My strategy is simple to understand, numbers driven, straightforward with no nonsense involved. I strongly believes that the real estate industry is filled with too much fluff and the best way to determine a good investment is through the golden quote "numbers don't lie". I am committed to help my clients fulfill their housing needs through a systematic and simple to understand approach. Every individual has their own unique set of problems, there is no one size fit all solution. On top of that, due to my business and investments experiences, I am able to provide a holistic advice on whether property investment in Singapore still makes sense or not.
Years into this industry, clients would still come back to me for repeat business or to even recommend friends to me. Over time, I have built a strong pool of clients-turn-friends who will always speak highly of me and my services. I am really touched by all my clients support over all these years.
I always believe that improving myself and stays updated in this industry is very important so that my clients can put their trust in me.
