As PRs, you will need to set aside approximately 33% of the property price.

This will cover for:
1) 25% Downpayment
2) BSD
3) ABSD (5%)
4) Legal conveyancing fees

Maximum Loan is capped at 75% of the property purchase/valuation price, whichever is lower. The amount you can loan will depend on your age and income drawn.
