Hi Gurus,

My uncle from overseas is keen to purchase a private condo. I understand they have to pay BSD & ABSD which is 15% of the cost price.

Requirements:
2 BR + study / 3 BR.
TOP 2018 - 2020
Short term stay about 5 to 10 years
Able to profit after 5 to 10 years
99 years / freehold - ok
Budget is around 1.2 to 1.5 excluding ABSD.

Would appreciate if the Gurus can provide some recommendations on which property to look out for and the reasons why.

Good evening,

Thanks for enquiring.

Your uncle might have to stretch abit up to $1.7m in the projects that I feel will benefit him.

Usually I will propose my clients to look at CCR, RCR followed by OCR to decide where should they place their money.

Other than that in order to have the same headstart as your neighbours, it will be best to purchase an new unit rather than resale units.

I have 2 projects in strategically centralised location that I feel can buy but need to act fast.
