Hi Huiling,

The sale of resale pte condo usually takes about 8-12 weeks to complete from the date of exercising the OTP.
Upon a final price struck, the buyer would need to place a 1% option fee in exchange of the OTP, then 4% option exercise fee when exercising the otp in solicitor's office within 2 weeks from date of otp.

I offer a 1-stop service including real estate financial planning, est. banker valuation of the buying property and introducing solicitor service till sale completes.
