Why would you be looking to sell the unit and not renting it out?

Regardless of situation, if there is a need to sell, the first step is still to list the property on the market and make adjustments along the way based on the responses garnered. As there are still leftover units from developer in this project, the interest level is still healthy and with 1 bedroom unit all sold out by developer, there is remote chance that your unit will generate interest by prospective investors. Key indicator will be how much you are expecting from this sale.
