With the minimum size rule for outside central area at 85 sqm or 100 sqm:
- what is the definition of outside central area
- if I buy a condo that was built under the previous rule of 70 sqm would it mean the chances of redevelopment / enbloc is very low since 70 sqm is below the current ruling of 85 sqm
