Why is commonwealth towers so popular. 100% sold out before TOP?

Hi,
There are several reasons, location and sheltered walkway to east west MRT line being one of them. One of the first few condo launches in queenstown area for a long period of time (pent up demand) and by Hong Realty (top class developer), a series of infrastructure developments coming up in the Dawson area (potential price appreciation catalysts), rising land costs in the vicinity and proximity to multi number of tenant pools in the CBD and one North area.
May I know your plans are to? May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
