In my own opinion, brand new projects are not exactly good opportunities for investment, but more of a good hedge to ride inflation and etc, simply because of the similar pricing where these units are launched at therefore there is no competitive edge to speak of.

What Robbie has pointed out is very relevant, in that the entry price must be right, which simply means lower than what the rest are getting, therefore constant monitoring of the market for such units and fast decision is required in order to secure the right unit.

I cannot determine when will be a best time to invest but as long as there are sensible products, wont you be keen to invest in them?

We gonna look at right entry price, potential capital appreciation growth, any transformation, proximity to amenities etc.

I usually will advise my clients to look at core central region (districts 9 to 11 and 1/2) then rest of core central region (city fringe) then outside core (the rest).
