It is likely Ecopolitan will be ready for move-in 2nd quarter of 2016, which is latest by June 2016. There are still some value-buys available as it is at the moment 85% sold.

If your timeline can't wait, and if your budget can stretch, perhaps you may want to consider A Treasure Trove private condo near Punggol MRT. Many units have just attained TOP there.

I understand you're looking to move in by end of this year but however, Ecopolitan will only TOP in Q2 of 2016.

Hi, Ecopolitan EC will likely to be ready by next year and since you just sold your unit, you may want to consider renting a unit first while selecting and booking a unit at Ecopolitan. Ecopolitan will TOP sometime next year.
If you are able to wait, it may somewhat be favorable as developers are offering high discounts for the remaining units as 80% have been sold. What this essentially means for you is instant profit compared to your counterparts. As they say, the wait is always worth it.

It should TOP around June 2016 but key collection will be released in batches within 1 to 3 months after TOP date. Probably you can put it latest by Sept 2016.

This project will be the nearest to MRT in Punggol. The other EC that is going to TOP after Eco will be Waterwoods, by end 2016.
