When I purchased my condo unit for rental, it said one unit entitled one car park entitlement. But usually my tenants do not have cars. Why not make it law to contribute carparking fees to our condo maintenance fees for the carpark lot that we are entitled for? It is now only at the discretion of your current MA until you dislike them and change new MA. Current MA always this common property spoil, that common property spoil whilst you don't stay there yet. Have I to blame the current residents there!
