Based on the average price says, $600k for studio. You need 25% down payment of cash/cpf and 5% of it must be by cash. Assuming u hv $100k in CPF OA, then u need to have $50,000 cash in hand. Monthly installment approximately $1700 based on max loan tenure and no debt.

Studio price in Singapore ranges from 500k to 1.1 m depending on size, location and balance of lease. Assuming you bought a 700k studio apartment, your downpayment will be 35k in cash (5%) and 140k (25%) in CPF. Do note that you need to pay for ABSD at about $15600 which can be financed from CPF. The rest of 75% be financed through loan (monthly payment can be made using CPF) is around2.3k per month. For further enquiries, do PM me in 93375051  .
