Hi,
1) This is a term to describe the property type.
2) Both are referring to private strata properties with facilities.
Strata title is a form of ownership devised for multi-level apartment blocks and horizontal subdivisions with shared areas
3) The main difference is the size of the land that these properties occupied. The number of facilities in the project had no direct relationship to the terms.
4) Condo is referring to a plot size of at least 4,000 sqm or 44,000 sqf, whereas apartment is referring to a plot size of at least 1,000 sqm or 10,764.3 sqf.
5) Whereas for laymen, it is the amount and size of facilities that is more important, because these will affect the user experience and feelings.
6) So you don't have to worry about the terms used but focus on the overall facilities that the project had, and whether you can accept a project that had lesser facilities for your own usage.
