Currently units are asking at average psf of $720psf to $740psf.

Would appreciate if we are able to meet up to further discuss the sale of your property.

However, resale are a bit on the slow side for MiCasa. Be prepared to wait a while for the unit to get sold as currently Far East still have unsold units.
