What happens to the ownership when a freehold property is demolished?
Let's say I have a unit in a freehold condo.
1) When that condo is demolished to build a new one, shall I own a unit in the new condo? Do I have to pay anything?
2) Shall I get back a unit on the same floor?
3) Let's say I lived on 20th floor in the demolished condo, but the new one is only 15-storey. What will happen in that case?
