What are your thoughts on the current prices of the newer resale condos around Potong Pasir MRT? Are the prices reflective of a RCR district or is there room for appreciation compared to other RCR districts (3, 14, 15) which are higher priced?

Rather than looking in terms of Districts, I would suggest you zero-in to the actual developments itself. A development's age, land size, and number of units are some of the determining factors of whether there is room for appreciation for that development.
