Firstly, regarding purchase price, all agents will offer you the same price after discounts from developers as we are not authorized to act in any other way. To strive for a lower price, you may offer your price with a cheque and the servicing agent will further negotiate for your price with the developer ; subject to developer approval. Of course this comes at a cost for us, in terms of substantial commission cut. However, the interest of clients is primary. Some may be willing, some may not be. I have dealt with similar cases, primarily in high end market segment and am very familiar with the procedural framework on how to go about and have refined negotiation exposure.
Perhaps you can share more on your requirements and budget so that I can advise accordingly.
As for your launches request- as I mentioned earlier, if you can share more on what you're looking out for, I can shortlist the units, ideal layout from the chosen projects within the mentioned timeframe.
