Hi,

You need to be SC and stay in hdb for 5 years first before you can buy condo and keep both hdb and condo. You can't buy condo first.

To be eligible to hold onto both HDB and condo, you will have to be Singapore Citizen, and purchased your HDB first. You can then serve out the 5-year MOP before buying your condo. You will not be required to sell off your HDB upon your condo purchase.
