Dear sir/madam,

Frankly speaking, most condo projects with good facilities have in their mind family and children in their planning phase therefore it would be good to consider projects with mega facilities like multiple pools and etc.

Depending on how much do you intend to spend on this purchase, I can perhaps make some recommendations? So far, I have been very impressed with facilities at The Interlace if we are considering somewhere closer to town or even The Palette which just TOP recently in Pasir Ris.

Hi, may I recommend Singahills Condo? It is going to be ready in another few more months and will be less than 10 mins walk from Kaki Bukit MRT. The facilities inclusive of swimming pool are all located on the TOP floor of the condo and so the noise pollution will definitely be to a minimum. Pls feel free to let me know if you wishes to view or require any other assistance.
