The Amore has already obtained its MOP status (above 5 years) therefore as long as the purchaser is a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, they will be eligible to purchase under individual name as long as finances allow. This will free up the 2nd party name to look into another property for investment, which is an ideal situation for most households. Most importantly is definitely the exercise of financial prudence when looking into owning 2 or more properties in Singapore.

As the amore has fulfilled 5 year MOP status, it is semi-privatized and Singaporeans or SPRs can purchase under their sole name no issue, as long as the finances are comfortable.
