Good morning buyer,
Do take note that one can only enjoy subsidy once. Thus if you have enjoyed housing grant before (subsidised unit), you have to pay resale levy (depending you are on old or current scheme) to enjoy another subsidised unit (BTO or EC).
Another thing to take note that you can only apply for either one after you observe 30 months waiting period from the completion date of your current private condo sale.

Btw care to share why are you choosing new BTO or EC?
And if you are not willing to wait that long, probably you have to go for resale units.
