was keen in one of the listed for sale .the agent kept saying the unit is taken but he repeatly post the same advertisement week after week. is this some kind of scam ?? why waste everyone time ?

Dear Morris,

I am unsure about your positioning, however, if I were in your position, I will just ignore this agent and move on to another probable listing. There is no point harping over this agent's advertisement if there is no apartment available for you to view. You may report to the relevant authorities like what Wilsen has mentioned, but that does not help in the process of your apartment purchase. I am unsure of who that agent is now but I'd like to think that everyone is trying to make a living in the bad real estate environment. I am sure you are gracious to look over this small aspect.
