Thanks for your post. You have mentioned in your post that you wish to have some advise on CPF and that is pretty general a question. It would be pretty tough to craft an answer or advice to your question.

What I will suggest is that we can actually meet up for a drink and we can have a chat about it. After I get to know more from you, then I believe I will be able to provide a more suitable solution for you. I have been advising many clients on CPF over my real estate career of 10 years. We really advise them on how to use their CPF, when to use and even when not to use. As all these will affect us in the future when we want to sell our property. No worries there are no obligations at all to this meet up. Can just take it as knowing a friends. :)

If you had used CPF to pay for the condo, you will have to refund it back to your CPF-OA (plus accrued interest). The amount varies. It will depend on how much have you utilised and for how long. The longer you had held the property, the more you will need to refund back to your CPF.
