Yes, you will need a lawfirm to assist in the paperworks.
May i check if you already have an agent assisting you in selling your condo?
Agent usually will have a lawfirm contact which can assist you. This is why it good to engage an agent to assist as we will have the necessary resource to help to complete the sale.
