Hi Wendy,

Tenant pays stamp duty and their own utilities, landlord pays maintenance fees and property tax. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Hi Wendy, I would be most glad to assist you further and pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance. Hope to hear from you soon and have a great week ahead. By the way, could I have more info of your Condo detail so that I can find out about the unit rental value on your behalf alright? Tenant is the one paying the stamp duty which is not alot while the landlord will still be servicing the quarterly maintenance fee.

hi friend

Stamp fee is usually paid for by the tenant.
Maintenance Fee payable to the condo mcst is paid for by landlords.

however, there are private arrangement between landlord and tenants , to have tenants pay for the MF, built into the rent.

If you have more queries, feel free to contact me.
