The land direct in front of Parc Vera is going to build a new generation neighbourhood centre in the next few years.
Stated in masterplan 2013 it is a mixed development. And as stated by HDB recently it will buiild a new generation neighbourhood centre with supermarket, food court, shops, eateries and enrichment centres. It is the fifth new gen neighbourhood centre and design will be very modern. In sg there is only five of this new gen neighbourhood centre. Included in plan also a childcare centre. Plenty of amenities in future. All will complete in 2020, this will boost the price for parc vera. Besides these there is also two rows of shophouses provide further amenities, they are old but give rustic feel.
