Thanks for your previous response. I have a follow up question regarding the interior of the condo. During my stay some wall paint chipped/scratched off in one of the bedroom walls. The scratches were mostly due to me accidentally hitting a chair or some other item against the wall when I’m cleaning up the house.
I worry that my landlord will charge me excessively, claiming the entire wall needs to be repainted. I’m concerned the landlord will hold my deposit when I turn over the unit back to them.
What do you recommend as the best way to settle?
