thanks for the reply. the parc regency im interested in now is only 0.79 km away from MRT and it's facing the science park. Is 811 per sq feet a lot? cuz it's already 8 yrs old. only have swimming pool, no other facilities. So is there any chance of appreciation in the future? only 15 mins to drive to orchard. how about selling it after 3 years? is it ok?
