You are planning to purchase an unit there? It depends on the attributes of the unit, but as long as the selling price is reasonable and with a detailed marketing plan it is possible to secure a buyer.

Ivan understood there's urgency to sell my private property too within the given timeframe, provided me with assurance and solutions. When the sale of my private property commenced, it was during the Covid-19 pandemic period; whereby, only 2 unique visitors were allowed to view the property on any given day. Hi Kevin,

If the product is positioned wrongly and marketing is done without understanding the market, then it will be difficult to sell. If you have done the necessary research to position the property correctly, it should not be difficult to sell if you have the right marketing plan and strategies.

Latest transacted for 4 bedrooms was mid floor at $1.445 mill so I think your asking price is reasonable. 4 bedrooms in Skies Miltonia is having a premium pool view as well. I will need more information to be able to advise you. Such as condition of the unit, do you need extension of stay if you are staying in the unit, or perhaps the ongoing tenancy is one of the buyer objection? I am very surprised that you have 30 viewing but no offers. In this current market and due to covid, I will suggest to send all info to buyer first to check if it is match their requirement before the physical viewing. Important factor other than the right price is the right marketing plan and strategies. I have transacted 6 unit for Sale recently with a good price. I will be glad to assist.
