I believe so far you have been presented with the features of the projects, however, how do these features translate into benefits for you and your family?

The value in a feature varies across the different buyers, for example having a fully equipped gym in a project may rank highly to a buyer who loves to go to the gym but has minimum benefits for a buyer who hardly work out.

What you need to identify whether a project is a good buy is always looking at what benefits can the project bring to you and family in comparison with neighbouring projects. I am quite sure that pricing for a brand new project is unlikely to be wrong given that developer will be motivated to sell in the current market settings.
