Q1 - For EC purchase, one applicant cannot make it. How difficult is it to do a proxy form and make it valid? Need to involve lawyer?

Q2 - Is a manual application a must before submitting the application? If so, why?

Hi,

No worries, theres typically a proxy form, no law firm required. Ideally its still best for all applicants to come down. Are you looking at Hundred Palms EC? I am involved in the direct developer appointed marketing team and I be happy to share more when we meet up. Yes manual eApp is a must as we need to vet through and filter out invalid applications to save on administrative resources.
