Hi, is your HDB loan fully paid up? If not, you could only loan up to 50% for the next property.

Hi,

Why not consider an EC?
It is likened to a private property and will be relinquished from government subsidiary status after a few years. You still enjoy the same prestige and status accompanied by it.

I recently assisted a client of mine in purchasing his EC and would love to help you similarly. Once an EC is purchased, you must dispose of your HDB within 6 months of collecting key. That's good news! Why? As resale HDB prices are sliding, it will not be a very good time to sell now. Your profit margin will be eroded substantially. Thus, you can make use of the weak market sentiments now to buy an EC going at extremely attractive prices and hold on to the sales of your HDB in the near future when the market rebounds.

Hi,

If you intend to sell away your HDB, you might be better off going for new EC launches. It is of relatively cheaper price vs pte condo (about 10-20%) and its also full condominium facilities. You can sell away your hdb after EC key collection. Thanks and hope to understand your housing plans before discussing further.

Warm regards
