Need advice for new condo launches near MRT. Husband thinks if we buy 2br unit that is smaller than 700sqft, renting out is easy but not attractive to sell next time as it's quite small. Example is Sims Urban Oasis and Trilive. He also thinks dual key is easy to rent but difficult to sell. Normal layout with more than 700sqft is a safer investment option. Really? Can anyone kindly help me? I cannot get through his mind.

Hi,

The trend is units are generally getting smaller, but the newer generations seem to have adjusted to it, with new BTOs also coming in smaller sizes. With the 6.9m population policies coming through, the long-term demand will still be there.
May I know which projects have you narrowed down to? Will be glad to share my insights and value-add further.
