My spouse, who owned a private property with me under Joint Tenancy, had passed on.

1. Do I need to do anything with the Titles Deed? How long will the process take?
2. Will there be any complication should I need to sell the property?

Hi,

I am sorry to hear about your loss, hope you have been managing well. Under joint tenancy, the ownership rights transfers automatically to your name. You need to update SLA on the latest developments. Once that happens you have the sole rights to decide on what to do with the property, per normal transaction.
