You need at least 1 SC as applicant to be eligible for new ECs. No such requirement private condos. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Good evening buyers,

I am sorry to inform you that SPRs are not eligible to apply for new EC. One of you must be Singaporean in order to qualify.

You might want to consider resale ECs or private property instead. With this option, you still able to hold on to your overseas property.

If you opt to purchase a resale flat, you will have to dispose the overseas property within 6 months from purchase completion.
