Hi,

All agents should communicate to you the same price as per what Developer has announced. Where discounts are concerned, it depends on which unit and project you are looking at, and usually involves putting a cheque to the developer. Another thing is you can compare the URA caveats to get an approximate estimate, and assess if the price offered suits you. That's what I do with my clients and help them make an informed decision. Hi Mr J C, no one agent can offer a better price than the other as the final decision comes from the developer. While some agents may even gives you a better price by getting a lesser commission or cut directly from the developer. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Dear JC,

Only if the representing salesperson has direct influence over the profit margin of the developer, perhaps they can make the decision to sell lower, otherwise all salesperson will have the same set of price list and information about the discounts available. If you are keen in that project, it is advisable to look into securing a unit fast before good units are snapped up by others. Prices are more or less fixed.
